Why should the Membership of HV Fork Owners Association Be Concerned About Last Years Election:
Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Contempt of Court: Contempt of court arises when an individual willfully disobeys a court order or disrupts judicial proceedings, which can result in fines or imprisonment.- The Board of Directors: Board members have fiduciary duties, including the duty of care, loyalty, and obedience, ensuring that decisions benefit the organization and its stakeholders.
- Disobedience to a Court Order: This violation can undermine the authority of the judicial system and hinder the enforcement of legal rulings.
- Violation of Members' Voting Rights: Violating these rights—whether through manipulation, suppression, or denial—can lead to legal challenges and potential corrective actions.
- The Attorney Representing the Board: They must uphold ethical standards and provide sound legal counsel to prevent liability issues.
- False Representation Before the Court (Perjury/Obstruction of Justice): Attorneys must maintain integrity and avoid misleading the court, as such violations can result in severe legal consequences.
So, seriously people, cease the bickering between each other and let's concentrate on the real issue which faces all of us equally. If WE do not rid ourselves of this BOD and some others in that realm, we will all pay the price! They do not give a hoot about any member!

Removal of this current board of directors is immanent as their disrespect for following the laws of Texas regarding the overall management of a property owners association is completely wrong! People are telling me they are somewhat apprehensive to sign up to remove because they are fearful of the current management staff issuing some sort of “reprisal” to those who try to remove them! I say hogwash! They are currently breaking the very laws that protect the POA!
